Delivery and Refunds Policy

Delivery Time

You fully understand and accept that all our products and services are subject to delivery and setup fees.

Rates for delivery and pick-up vary according to factors including time of day, location, order quantity, and manpower needs. 1-4 hours prior to the start of the event is the typical delivery time. For an extra charge, after-hours delivery and pick-up are also possible.

Unless other arrangements have been made in advance of the event, rental equipment must be disassembled and put back where it was when it was delivered. Additional rental, labor, and pickup costs will apply to equipment that is not prepared for pickup when scheduled.


We only accept cancellation requests at least 30 days prior to the event. We do not accept any cancelation requests after 30 days prior to the event. 


All our products and services are non-refundable generally. We may offer re-scheduling maximum time within one year after the first event date reservation. 

Weather or Force Majeure Events

We do not offer any refunds in the event of bad weather or any force majeure event. In such an event, only re-scheduling is allowed as per our policy.
