Yes, 50% of the rental cost will be used as a deposit to secure your rental ítems for the day of your event.
Rentals are for single use only and cannot be washed and reused. If you would like to include additional inventory to your order or have multiple day event, let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
No, we have a team who will carefully wash all of our rentals according to specific washing protocols based on each individual item features ( 24k gold rims or details) in order to keep the integrity and quality of our rentals. But we do ask that food and liquid be removed from the plates and glassware prior to packing for pickup.
Yes, there is a delivery fee. It covers delivery setup and pick up of the rental ítems.
